Sessions
Sessions are usually scheduled once per week; however, session length and frequency may be adjusted to your specific needs.
Insurance Coverage
The fees for our services are not covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP). However, our services are covered by most private insurance providers offering extended health care benefits. We suggest you check with your insurance provider to determine if you have coverage for psychological services. We accept Third Party payers, such as WSIB and auto insurance.
Payments & Cancellation
If you are self referral, you will be asked to pay the service fee at the end of each session. You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours-notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours-notice or missed appointments will result in a 50% charge of the cost of your clinician hourly rate.
